- In charge of the complete game design and vision for an unreleased VR Fantasy title, culminating in the Best Game Design award at EVA 2023 (Argentinian Videogame Expo).
- Helped secure external funding (under NDA) from major industry partners by producing polished design documentation, gameplay videos, and showing an advanced game state.
- Designed and documented core pillars, systems, features, mechanics, and content from the ground up, establishing the game’s direction, feel, and tone for a 22/24 months development lifecycle.
- Directed and coordinated the implementation of all core assets, mechanics, and levels with a cross-functional team of 14 professionals. Supervised regular build reviews, QA sessions, and maintained high-level quality control.
External Consulting & Prototyping (Hit Factor):
- Managed liaison between the internal design team and external client design teams on multiple rapid prototyping projects.
- Designed and pitched content, game modes, and features for two distinct competitive arena games, including an initial NFT-based project.
- Redesigned a previous title’s core mechanics to fit a new, fast-paced vehicle combat style, creating new systems, features, and cars from scratch.
